Return Policy Overview
- Return Period
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. - Item Condition
All returned items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. - Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. - Restocking Fees
- No restocking fee will apply if the item is returned in new, resellable condition.
- Items that have been used, installed, or damaged may be subject to a partial refund or restocking fee.
- Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Include photos or proof of the issue, and we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or refund promptly. - Custom or Special-Order Items
Custom-mixed paints, tinted products, or other special-order items are non-returnable, unless the product is defective.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
All returns require a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number for tracking and processing.

Once approved, you will receive your RGA number and the appropriate return shipping address.

Processing & Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where American Bodyshop Supply LLC is at fault (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Shipping Policy
- Orders placed by 2:00 PM (Eastern Time) for in-stock items typically ship the next business day.
- Standard ground delivery within the continental U.S. usually takes 3–10 business days.
- Expedited shipping options are available during checkout at an additional cost.
- International orders may require additional processing time and incur extra shipping charges.
